Description

This honey comes from the forested north-eastern slopes of West Auckland’s Waitakere Ranges. My bees have foraged from primarily Kanuka trees together with a variety of other nectar-bearing flowers to produce this batch. Delicious local honey for West Aucklanders.

Raw and unpasteurised. This honey has set solid into grainy texture but can be softened by heating it gently. Produced and packed by Don Buck Honey. I also sell cartons of this honey at a lower rate.
