Description

Rewarewa honey from November-December 2024! This was harvested from a collection of apiaries in the Waitakere Ranges of West Auckland. A pollen analysis from Analytica Laboratories indicates that this honey is almost “monofloral” (one nectar source] Rewarewa honey. It also has a wee bit of Manuka and a wee bit of wildflowers.

500g. This batch is firm but soft with a smooth creamy texture.
