This honey comes from the bushlands of New Zealand’s Far North and is an early-to-mid-season crop of Kanuka and Manuka honey from some farmlands in the Whangaroa region of the Far North. 45+ MGO.

Raw and unpasteurised. This honey has set solid into a smooth creamy texture. Can be softened by heating it gently.
