Description

A small and boutique batch made from a single hive in the suburbs of Massey, West Auckland. The bees have foraged from everything that is growning the gardens, gullies, and fields that are close to my home to make this clear and runny honey [now crystallised].

Possible floral sources include Borage, Lotus, Clover, Manuka, Kanuka, Pohutukawa, Carrotweed, Lavender, Titoki, Penny Royal, Kowhai, Viper’s Burgloss, and anything else flowering around the suburbs of Massey!
