Description
Manuka honey from West Auckland. This batch is made up from Manuka as well as a range of other nectars my honeybees have foraged from forest flowers, wildflowers and farmlands. This honey has crystalized with a natural granular texture and has a strong sweet taste that distinguishes it from most Manuka batches. This batch has been lab tested at 83 mgo (equivalent to 5 UMF) and growing.
